When I interview artists I often inquire as to who their influences are musically.
It is fascinating to hear of Hip Hop artists’ exposure to Rock-n-Roll, classical musicians who listened to Rap, and rock artists who love country.
What is evident is that true musicians have an ear and appreciation for all music and that shows through in their creativity and colors their talent.
Like musicians, I, a lover of music, relish all kinds of music.
